Anchor Relationships® is operated by Wellbeing Wisdom, LLC. We collect only the information needed to deliver assessments, provide programs, and communicate with clients. We do not sell personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how it is protected, and how you can request removal of your information.

ASSESSMENT DATA

Assessments are delivered through a third-party platform that meets SOC 2 Type II, the widely recognized security standard for platforms handling customer data. An independent auditor verified that the platform's security controls worked as designed over a sustained period, not just on paper. Data is hosted in encrypted form in Canada.

Your responses are linked to your name and email address so that we can deliver your report.

Who sees your results depends on how the assessment was arranged. The coach or facilitator leading your engagement sees your results. If your organization or manager sponsored the assessment, the sponsor also receives your results. Each assessment has a different design and a different set of people who see the results.

RESEARCH USE

Assessment data used in research is de-identified. Names, email addresses, and other identifying details are removed. Research data does not include information that identifies individuals.

Once a response has been de-identified and combined into a research dataset, it can no longer be traced back to you, which also means it cannot be located and removed. A deletion request removes your identifiable records but does not reach data that has already entered the research set.

CUSTOMER RECORDS

Contact and enrollment information you provide, such as your name, email address, and program registration details, is stored in our customer relationship management system, which meets SOC 2 Type II and encrypts data in transit and at rest. We use this information to manage enrollments, deliver services, and send communications you have requested.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep assessment responses, reports, and contact records for as long as needed to deliver our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Records no longer needed for those purposes are deleted. You can request removal at any time.

PAYMENTS AND SESSIONS

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. The provider retains transaction records for the period that tax and financial regulations require, so payment records are not deleted at your request.

Live sessions are scheduled and delivered through a third-party video platform, which holds registration details and any recordings under its own retention terms.

COOKIES

Necessary cookies keep the site working. They support page navigation, form security, payment, and session scheduling. These cannot be turned off.

REQUESTING REMOVAL OF YOUR INFORMATION

You may request removal of your information at any time by submitting a request through the contact form on this website.

Two things are worth knowing before you make the request.

A report that has already been delivered is a fixed document. Deleting your response record means the report can no longer be generated again, but it does not recall copies already sent.

If you took part in a Team Assessment or a Relationship 360, your response forms part of a group result. Removing it changes the group's totals and may leave too few responses for a group report to be produced.

Unsubscribing from our emails stops the emails. It is not the same as deleting your records, and you can ask for either or both.
